We accept orders and ship within Metro Manila and selected areas in Rizal such as Taytay, Cainta, Angono, and Antipolo. You may order via this website. 

Provincial and International

For areas not specified above, please send us your orders to hello@mori.ph together with the following details:

  1. Product name/s you wish to purchase
  2. Quantity of said product name/s you wish to purchase
  3. Your Full Name
  4. Delivery Address

This will help the team gauge the best shipping option we can offer. An invoice will be sent to you within one (1) to three (3) business days for your approval prior to payment and delivery. 

Returns and Refunds

We are confident that our products are at par to your high expectations. However, in the event that the items delivered are incorrect or damaged, kindly notify us within two (2) days upon receiving said goods together with your proof of purchase. Although we do not have a returns policy due to certain limitations, we will issue a refund instead. This process can take up to 30 days depending on the credit card.
